Positives und sehr freundliches Gespräch

Das erste Gespräch verlief durchweg positiv und in einer sehr angenehmen, vertrauensvollen Atmosphäre. Die Gesprächspartner traten offen, professionell und wertschätzend auf. Es entstand schnell ein konstruktiver Dialog auf Augenhöhe. Der genaue Aufgabenbereich wurde noch nicht bis ins letzte Detail definiert, jedoch klar skizziert. Die grundsätzliche Ausrichtung und die Anforderungen passen sehr gut zu meinem bisherigen Erfahrungshintergrund – insbesondere hinsichtlich meiner Fachkenntnisse und meiner Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams. Auch persönliche Aspekte wie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikation wurden gestreift, wobei ich durch meinen sportlichen Hintergrund und frühere berufliche Erfahrungen authentisch als Teamplayer auftreten konnte. Inhaltlich konnte ich bereits viele Anknüpfungspunkte zwischen meinem Profil und dem angedeuteten Verantwortungsbereich erkennen. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass beidseitig ein echtes Interesse an einer weiteren Zusammenarbeit besteht. Das Unternehmen selbst macht einen sehr professionellen und gleichzeitig menschlichen Eindruck. Der Auftritt, die Werte und das Bild am Markt erscheinen klar, modern und ausgesprochen positiv.

Vielen Dank für das nette Gespräch über Microsoft Teams. Ich fand es sehr gut, und es war trotz meiner Nervosität toll. Leider hatte ich Internet Probleme, was mir sehr leid tat.Während des Gesprächs konnte ich einen guten Einblick in die Arbeit bekommen und was mich im Praktikum erwarten könnte.
