A place to grow

Solides und gutes Gespräch
Was ist gut? - angenehmes Gespräch, durch flache Hierarchien - Gute und erweiterte Darstellung des Jobangebots - Arbeitsablauf wurde näher erklärt - Erwähnung von einigen Tools mit dem das Unternehmen arbeiten (z.B. Jira, sales force, etc.) - Raum zum Fragenstellen - Gute Reaktion und Beantwortung auf Fragen - Während des Gesprächs öfter auf das Gesprochene nochmal eingegangen und nachgehackt - Es wurde darauf eingegangen, dass das auftreten des Unternehmens durchaus wichtig ist, durch Erwähnung von der Nutzung der CI-Elemente - Kontakt für weitere nachfragen wurde genannt - ungefährer Zeitraum der Rückmeldung wurde genannt Was war verbesserungswürdig? Ich fand so ziemlich alles gut. Das Bewerbungsgespräch hatte gute fünf Phasen. Von meiner Seite aus: Das einzige wo ich etwas bei Fragen zurückgeschreckt habe, war nach der Erwähnung von Datenschutz und Unterschreiben von MDA´s. In Kombination mit der bitte nach Diskretion in der Stellenbeschreibung, schreckte ich für die näheren Nachfragen ab. Vor allem was das Tagesgeschäft und Projektgeschäft anging.

Nice interview for Frontend Developer position
Applying for a vacancy is carried out through the company portal. This creates a personal profile of the candidate and, if necessary, you can add the missing documents. Application processing time is one week. Conveniently, the invitation to the interview had more than two options for starting the interview. Recruiters respond to emails very quickly and in detail. At the same time, only the names of the interviewers were indicated in the invitation to the interview. At first, you might think they were recruiters, but a simple search on LinkedIn profiles clarifies the issue of interviewer positions in the company. The good thing is that interviewers' names are unique within the company, so their LinkedIn profiles are easy to find. In my opinion, it would be convenient for the candidate if he immediately saw in the invitation for an interview not only the names, but also the names and positions of the interviewers. This will shorten the correspondence with recruiters to clarify important details. The first interview immediately with the leaders of the development team. I think this is ideal for the candidate because you can hear what the leaders are talking about the company, the projects, the work environment, and the team. By answering questions from managers, the candidate understands in real time whether he has a chance to be invited to the next interview with the team. I think it's wonderful and transparent for both parties and saves a lot of time. And in case of refusal at this stage, the candidate understands how he and the company fit together and where he made mistakes. Interviewer questions help to understand how the candidate can reason. This is really important for the first acquaintance with the candidate. In general, communication is very pleasant. I would like to work with such people, because you can comfortably discuss with them. Thank you!
